Because each of our toys is handcrafted, we understand that you may have questions or concerns about your purchase. This Return Policy explains our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to their handmade and personalized nature. Custom orders, personalized items, and special requests cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Gift sets that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. You will need to provide your order information, the reason for the return, and photographs of the item if applicable. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without first receiving return authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
We are happy to exchange items if you would like a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement.
If the replacement item has a different price than the original item, you will be responsible for paying any price difference, or we will refund the difference to you. Exchange shipping costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for the exchange.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you would like to exchange for is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.

To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photographs of the defect or damage along with your order information. We will review your claim and, if approved, will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Custom orders and personalized items are made specifically for you based on your specifications and preferences. Because of their unique nature, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Before we begin work on a custom order, we will provide you with a detailed description and, if applicable, a sketch or photograph of the proposed item. Once you approve the design and we begin production, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
If you receive a custom or personalized item that does not match the approved specifications or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review your concern and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the item or providing a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your financial institution, as there may be processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. These include:
Custom and personalized items that were made to your specifications, unless defective or incorrectly made.
Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear.
Items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts or packaging.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
Gift cards and promotional items.

We take great care in packaging our handmade toys to ensure they arrive safely. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to protect them during shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provided a prepaid return label.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once your return package is delivered to us and processed, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties. International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and international shipping times.
Refunds for international orders will be issued in U.S. dollars to the original method of payment. Please be aware that currency exchange rates may affect the amount you receive.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases at Phaltronphodea and does not expire. If you would prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when you initiate your return.
